Architectural Control Committee -For new construction/remodels that will require a building permit, please submit construction plans to [email protected]. Make sure plans include location on lot (for setbacks) as well as height of proposed building from ground to highest point of roof. Please allow up to 30 days for the final determination.
If you will need a height variance for your new construction/remodel, you need to submit the request in writing. This request may be made prior to building plans being submitted, but must show location on the lot and proposed height of build. An approved height variance will require written approval from any neighbors whose water view would be affected, or sufficient evidence that your build will not affect your neighbors' water view. Please allow up to 30 days for the final determination.
